Dental Manufacturing Spa was born in Turin in 1965 from the intuition of the founders Giovanni and Vincenzo Piazza to create a structure capable of producing materials for skeletal prosthesis . In 1967, the range of products offered was extended and, above all, the idea of what would become the Group's core business to this day was born: the production of resin teeth.

Investments in research and development in this direction led in 1969 to the opening of the factory in Badia Polesine (RO), the current headquarters of the Company.

At the same time as the development of the resin tooth, energy and investments are being invested in research into acrylic polymers and copolymers, further consolidating the company's position as a leading manufacturer of materials for removable dentures .

Today Ruthinium is a dynamic and modern company that proudly continues its journey as a family business.

Barbara Piazzanow heads the company.

At the helm of the brand for more than a decade and having touched every department of the company, with Piazza Ruthinium, and then Dental Manufacturing, he began a fruitful restructuring process: from digitalisation to company 4.0, from the many educational protocols with dental schools and public bodies to the Ruthinium Trophy, from employee welfare policies to the many solidarity and social initiatives, from social activities to training courses throughout Italy and abroad.
