The first generation βeta tooth
for full denture.

How AFG was born
It stems from a study with more than 30 years of measurements performed by Alberto Battistelli, an Italian dental technician who gathered this mathematical-geometric information into the acronym AFG (Anatomic Functional Geometry). AFG is a codified system, to design, model and tell the normal human shape of teeth.
The all-Italian partnership with Ruthiunium has strengthened the project, which has thus become a high example of "made in Italy."
Anatomy and tooth shape have been studied with criteria similar to tailoring where using numerical averages Gaussian averages a standard suit can be made to fit the uniqueness of the individual.
For example, the upper incisors are available in three size variations-Small, Medium and Large-where each shape represents a proportional enlargement of the previous one, much like the sizes of a suit. This allows for customization that combines aesthetic harmony and functionality while maintaining consistency and simplicity in the system.

Acry Nature AFG is designed specifically
to digital processing and incorporated into the new criteria
of automated construction.
he numerical and geometric design of genetically programmed human teeth that has been reported in Acry Nature AFG allows patients to chew all types of food well, have natural food bolus flow and occlusal stability similar to those of healthy natural mouths.

Thanks to the reduced bead, the Nature AFG line enables fast and efficient finalization with a highly aesthetic and durable result.
> Cost-effective realization without any manual intervention/CAM finishing thanks to a dental design studied in advance for the first time on the numerical plane for digital workflow.
> Fast finalization of the prosthesis by simple positioning and fixation in the tooth base
> Secure digital fabrication through a coordinated material system, including a unique solution for precise fixation of the
teeth: 3D Denture Guide.
